%X We aim at the problem of coordination mechanism of decision making in the design of distributed command and control system, puts forward a kind of coordination mechanism based on multiple agents system(AMS). The representation of general coordination strategy is put forward based on the object orient (OO) method, and the strategy selection mechanism is put forward by the consideration of strategy requirement, strategy cost, solution quality and domain requirements. the results show that it is possible to transfer and reuse coordination strategies across domains, and to increase the flexibility of command and control agents' coordination capabilities. This coordination mechanism offers a new and practical option for researchers in modeling the distributed command and control system.
