%X In connection with the characteristic of emergency systems, the concept, the shortest time in emergency circumstance, is introduced. The multi-depot retrieval models based on sole-objective, multi-objective and two-phase problems under the constraint of resources are presented. Finally, this paper gives corresponding algorithms to solve them.
