Problems associated with the declining groundwater levels are: 1) formation and expansion of depress area, 2) increased pumping lift and pumping cost, 3) deterioration of the quality of groundwater and 4) land subsidence. Groundwater system in study area is very complex. Groundwater resources occur in three sub systems, the shallow aquifer sub system and the inter medium aquifer system are hydraulically connected by aquitarde. According to the hydrogeological conceptual model, the quasi three dimension simulation model has been established. The result of calibration and verification proved that the model can be used to forecast the groundwater flow of the studied area. Based on the result of the forecasting,the macro control scheme has been suggested. %K groundwater system %K quasi three dimension model %K numerical simulation
