%X Based on the quotient of differences being the grey derivative's whiting value, this paper further puts forward a method of a step by step optimizing the grey derivative's whiting values. The method breaks the restricted zone of using GM(1,1) while the absolute value of the development coefficient is a bigger number and improves the GM(1,1) model's precision and especially provides a perfect forecasting model to homogeneous grey exponential law with an absolute grey degree 0 (or very low).
