%X On the basis of the unascertained measurement space, this paper sets up the model of unascertained measurement evaluation and uses it to evaluate a city's environmental quality. Compared with the fuzzy synthetical evaluation, grey cluster analysis, matter\|element analysis and BP artificial neural network, this model is perfect, the evaluating result is more reasonable and its resolving power is higher. It is more suitable for evaluating the environmental quality.
