%X This paper studies the Fish's stochastic traffic assignment model in which travelers do not have perfect knowledge of the traffic systems. It is shown that the stochastic properties of this model depend on the calibration parameter completely. An integrated algorithm for simultaneously solving and calibrating the model is developed.
