%X In this paper, we first discuss a three-competition species Lotka-Volterra model with toxicant effect by the method of integral average. The survival thresholds distinguishing between persistence in mean and extinction for each species are obtained. The conclusions in this paper are important for the theoretical study and actual application in this field. The chief conclusions of 5, 6] in the references are included as special cases in this paper .
