%X Quantitative precipitation forecasting is an importat basis for optimal control managements and flood protection of all govements. After having analyzed the GMS satellite remote\|sensing preciptation and ANN, this study provides input\|output simulation and estimating of preciptation based on the three\|layer feed\|forward ANN model according to the GMS satellite data.The results of the application show that it is effective.
