%X In this paper,a new type of kantorovich inequalities is given.In terms of these inequali-ties,the bounds of the least squares estimator efficiency in general Gauss-Markov models,the bounds of the linear hypothesis test statistics in multivariate normal linear models,andthe bounds of the general correlation coefficients are studied.
