%X Johnson has obtained confidence bounds on complex-system reliability based on pa-ss-fail subsystem data.By applying Johnson's methods,this paper estimates the confi-dence bounds of complex-system reliability based on data which are partly pass-fail datafrom some subsystems and partly life test data with fixed total time under exponentialdistribution from the others.
