%X In this paper, problems about approximation of multifunctions are discussed, two approximation theorems for nonconvex-valued multifunctions are obtained, Cellina approx-imation theorem and De Blasi-Myjak approximation theorem are given again as the corollaries. As an application, an equilibrium existence theorem of abstract economy is proved.
