%X PMN-PT relax ferroelectric fine powders were prepared by a sol-gel routes with inorganic compounds, Nb2O5, TiCl4 and Pb(Ac)2·3H2O as raw materials, citric acid and EDTA as co-chelate and ethylene glycol as solvent. The effects of processing technology and complex/ chelate on the properties of organic compounds precursors, the powders synthesis, the phases formation and dielectric properties were discussed.
