辛长宇 %J 无机材料学报 %D 2007 %I Science Press %X A new piezoelectric crystal Sr3Ga2Ge4O14 (SGG) has potential applications in Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) device. Based on the piezoelectric properties recently reported, the SAW properties of SGG crystal in some cuts were calculated by means of Christofel Equation and boundary conditions for the first time. Compared with the well-known piezocrystal La3Ga5O14 (LGS), SGG crystal shows higher electromechanical properties. %K SGG
