%X The chemical reaction between ZrO2 and Si3N4 can lead to the formation of ZrN, Zr oxynitride,and/or N-stabilized ZrO2. In this paper, Chemical incompatibility of the ZrO2-Si3N4 ceramiccomposites and its elimination methods were reviewed.
