The anisotropic behavior of the thermal expansion, thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity and phonon free path of CaYO(BO3)3 crystal was discussed. The experimental results indicate that CaYO(BO3)3 crystal has good mechanical and thermal properties in application of high energy laser beam because the specific heat and the thermal conductivity of this crystal are large. %K CaYG(BO3)3 crystal: specific heat: thermal expansion: thermal conductivity: mean phonon free path
