Though they have similar distribution of particle size, but their slurries show different rheological properties.Adding PEI into slurry of SiC-1 as a dispersant to form stable slurry is needed and the maximum solid content of SiC-1 slurry can reach as high as 40vol%. Another powder named as SiC-2 can reach its high solid content as much as 55vol% only by adjusting pH values. %K silicon carbide %K surface properties %K rheological properties
