%X An equivalent circuit of ferroelectrics in response with fast and slow polarization effect was given, and can be used to analyze the polarization switch signal of TGS crystal. The theoretical results are well consistent with the experimental results. This method also can be used to study the basic physics process of electron emission from ferroelectrics.
