The present theory is based on the boundary value problem of classical electrodynamics, especially with the moving boundary which gives rise Doppler effect. Various distinguished interference properties are investigated and a rigorous expression for the velocity measurement of the moving mirror is provided. At the end, the paper points out that many similar and important problems are waiting for us to explore. %K interference of wave packets with Doppler effect %K electromagnetics and radio physics
