The theoretical measurement errors of the wind and temperature, introduced by some important parameter errors of all the polarization components in the system, is calculated and analyzed by computer simulation. The tolerances of the parameters are proposed according to accuracy of the system. The study provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development, calibration and data post-processing of the novel static polarization wind imaging interferometer. %K static polarization wind imaging interferometer %K Jones matrix %K azimuthal angle error %K phase retardation error
