%X We use the extreme frequency sensitivity of Duffing's equation to produce intermittent chaos(we call it breather ) and propose a new method to quantitatively detect the parameters of unknown weak periodic signals. The theoretical analysis and instance simulation have proved its feasibility. We also put forward a way to improve the detection results and enhance the accuracy.
