各向异性圆柱掺杂光子晶体的缺陷模及其量子效应 %A Liu Qi-Neng %A
刘启能 %J 物理学报 %D 2011 %I %X The quantum effect of light wave mode is studied under restriction condition of light wave in 1-D cylindrical anisotropic doped photonic crystal. The defect mode character of TE wave and TM wave are calculated by characteristic matrix method . New defect mode structure of 1-D cylindrical anisotropic doping photonic crystal was obtained. The defect mode frequency and transmission angle increases with increasing quantum number. The defect mode frequency of the same pattern decreases with increasing cylinder radius. %K cylindrical photonic crystal %K anisotropic media %K quantum effect %K defect mode
