罗炳成 %A 周超超 %A 陈长乐 %A 金克新 %J 物理学报 %D 2009 %I %X The Bi0.9Ba0.1Fe0.85Mn0.15O3 ceramic sample was prepared by sol-gel process. XRD analysis showed that it was the single-phase rhombohedral perovskite structure. A weak ferromagnetic and ferroelectric were obtain from the hysteresis loops. The dielectric constant which increased with an increase in the magnetic field showed that the Ba-Mn codoped BFO has greater magnetocapacitance effects. %K sol-gel method %K multiferroic material %K magnetocapacitance effect
