%X Zakharov-Kuznetsov(ZK) equation, modified ZK equation and coupled ZK equation are derived for magnetized plasma containing both positively and negatively charged cold ions and hot electron by using the reductive perturbation method in this paper. We obtain a solitary wave solution, and also obtain the variation of solitary wave parameters, such as amplitude, width, velocity of soliton, with the mass ratio of negative ions to positive ions, the negatively charged ion number density and the magnetic field intensity.
