%X Power law phenomena generated by human activity can be explained by selective theory. More mechanisms are brought forward to generate power law phenomena through the extension of threshold probability. It was demonstrated that selective theory is universal in deducing the power law mechanisms. Therefore, it is significant to extend the theory for further research on the power law phenomena.
