%X When calculating the intensity propagating in the far field in coherent combining of fiber laser arrays, the previous approaches simply assumed that each aperture is a Gaussian amplitude distribution in a general way. The purpose of the present paper is to study the irradiance distribution where master-oscillators are partially coherent light, for example, the Gaussian-Schell model (GSM) beam. Based on the propagation law of partially coherent light, detailed numerical examples are given to illustrate the dependence of irradiance distribution on the coherence parameter of the GSM beam.
