The peristaltic acceleration process in electromagnetic field is simulated with finite-difference time_domain method and the result accurately consists with theoretical analysis, and the peristaltic acceleration mechanism is discussed. Our results may provide a theoretical basis for improving the peristaltic acceleration and optimizing the symmetrical plasma actuator configuration. %K peristaltic accelerate %K plasma %K finite_difference time_domain %K electrohydrodynamic
