%X Based on the theory of coupled-wave, the dispersion equation and coupling condition of helically corrugated waveguide are obtained by the method of impedance perturbation. Then the nonlinear coupled equations are obtained from the relativistic equation which describes the motion of electrons. The numerical calculation and analysis of cold cavity by PIC software are applied to analyze both hot and cold dispersion characteristics of this waveguide.
