徐任信 %A 陈文 %A 周静 %J 物理学报 %D 2006 %I %X The equivalent electrical model of 0-3 piezoelectric composite was proposed to analyze the effect of polymer conductance on the polarization properties of the composite. The relationship between the polarization properties in polyaniline-doped 0-3 lead zirconate titanate/pelyvinylidene fluoride composite and the polymer conductance was studied. Both the theoretical and experimental results show that the polarization of the composite increases with the polymer conductance. %K piezoelectric composite %K conductance %K polarization %K polyvinylidene fluoride
