When the controlled system satisfies Lipchitz condition, it's proved by means of Lyapunov function that this method can make the controlled chaotic system approach to any desired smooth orbit at an exponenting rate. The model of a designed controller has unique structure for different chaotic systems, and synchronization between any chaotic systems can be achieved. Computer simulations are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. %K chaotic system %K tracking control %K synchronization
