魏兵 %A 葛德彪 %J 物理学报 %D 2005 %I %X Using the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method, the scattering of a lossy anisotropic plate is analyzed when the plate is illuminated by a plane transient electromagnetic wave. Based on the resonance characteristics of the back scattering RCS in frequency domain and the transient waveform of the back scattered electric field in time domain, a reconstruction scheme for recovering the transverse permittivity and conductivity for an anisotropic plate is proposed.
