%X Base on the establishment of an ambipolar transport equation of conductivity modulation base with non-uniform lifetime, WKB solutions of excess carrier profiles under different boundary conditions have been obtained by using Liouville-Green transform. The results can be used in modeling of conductivity modulation power devices under localized lifetime control.
