%X Within the effective mass approximation, the energy spectra of the donor- center quantum dot system in Gaussian confining potential are calculated by using the method of numerical matrix diagonalization. The results show that the property of the ground and low-lying states of the quantum dot is rather sensitive to the size and the strength of confinement potential.
