Using the fast sliding mode controller, ma ny chaotic systems can achieve synchronization with identical response system th rough state transformation, and Chen's system and hyperchaos system of 4th_order cellular neural network are used to demonstrate the obtained results. The resul ts show that the controller possesses the advantage of fast response and robustn ess. %K robust control %K finite time synchronization %K chaotic system
