%X This paper presents the special character of a new type of plastics scintillator prepared for the diagnosis of the total x-rays in Z-pinch. The experimental results in the laboratory of Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF) indicate that the scintillator has a characteristic of even energy respond in the energy region from 100eV to 1400eV, heavy restrain of visible light, fast decay time of 6ns.
