PL enhancement of over one thousand times of ZnO/BN compared to pure ZnO nanoparticles was observed, which is attributed to the dielectric environment effects of the capsule on the interfacial structures and defect amounts of ZnO quantum dots. %K photoluminescence enhancement %K electronic paramagnetic resonance %K ZnO/BN assemblies
