董正超 %J 物理学报 %D 2002 %I %X The differential conductance, average current and shot noise power in ferromagnet\|insulator\|ferromagnet\|d\|wave superconductor junctions are studied by solving the Bogoliubov\|de Gennes equations within an extended Blonder\|Tinkham\|Klapwijk scattering formulation. It is shown that both the differential conductance and the shot noise power to average current ratios oscillate with the length of the intermediate ferromagnetic layer, the oscillation amplitude increases with the increase of insulator's barrier height, and decreases with the increase of ferromagnetic exchange splitting in the ferromagnet. %K differential conductance %K shot noise %K ferromagnetic exchange splitting
