The X ray photoelection spectroscopy method is used to analyze the thin films of silver and lanthanum formed by vacuum deposition. The results confirm the existence of intermetallic compounds between silver and lanthanum. %K intermetallic compounds %K lanthanum %K silver %K nanoparticles
