%X Making use of the stochastic model, we have studied the low-hybrid wave scattering by the density fluctuations in the edge-regions of Tokamak plasmas. The dispersion relation under consideration includes not only the E×B convective derivation term but also the electromagnetic correction term. The results show that the transmission coefficient decreases, whereas the reflection coefficient increases when the electromagnetic effect is taken into account.
