%X There is an acceleration term in the generalized Fokker-Planck equation, which describes the ourrent generation and the radial motion of electrons driven by lower-hybrid waves. The effects of the acceleration on the evolution of the distribution function, the coupling mechanism between the waves and the electrons and the wave-driven radial transport are discussed.
