孙军强 %A 黄德修 %A 易河清 %J 物理学报 %D 1997 %I %X Wavelength conversion due to gain saturation in a semiconductor laser amplifier(SLA) is theoretically analyzed and also-studied experimentally based on small signal model.An analytic expression is developed describing the relationship between-conversion efficiency and characteristic parameters of SLA.
