%X The fractional quantum Hall effect system is analysed in the mass centre coordinate. An equation which restricts the combination of the single electron angular momentum is obtained. By using this restrictive relation, the dimension of the Hamiltonian eigenequations could be reduced. We also calculated the eigenenergies in the mass centre coordinate with the effect of the neutralizing background charges included.
