屈卫星 %A 徐至展 %J 物理学报 %D 1988 %I %X In this paper, the formulas of quantum differential spectrum of the transition radiation, which are produced when a medium energy relativistic electron passes through a single foil or a stack of foils, are derived on the basis of the macroscopic pola rization theory of me-dium.
