%X Finite cluster system of two dimensional electron gas under a high magnetic field are investigated by numerical diagonalization of the Hamiltonian. Especially for the three Coulomb interacting electron system, the detailed study is presented. The contribution from the uniform neutralizing background is included. Method used in this paper is very simple. The numerical result of the ground state energy at 1/3 filling factor gives good approach to that of the incompressible fluid.
