%X This paper presents the effects of the interaction potentials(Moliére pntpntial and Universal potential) on computer simulation results of sputtering via Monte Carle simelation based on the binary collision approximation. By means of Wilcoxon two-Sample paired sign rank test, the statistically significant difference for the above results is ob tainad.
