%X The vibration spectra of single crystal KTiOPO4 was analysed using group method tnd measured in the frequency shift range of 50-1600cm-1 at room temperature. The Raman peaks of all LO, TO modes were obtained. Upon the result of LO-TO splitting, the effective charge, mode strength and static dielectric constant of polar modes of KTP single crystal were calculated.
