%X In this paper, the diffraction and interference effect of double gratings with a rotation-angle under partially coherent illumination is studied, it is a generalization of Lau- Talbo-Moire effect. A general analytic expression of light intensity distribution at the observation plane is obtained by means of ambiguity function method. Some special cases are discussed and verified by experiments.
