王小刚 %A 张宏 %J 物理学报 %D 1992 %I %X The vanadium-nitrogen-vacancy complexes appearing in the dilute Fe-V alloys doped with nitrogen have been studied using positron annihilation technique. The positron lifetime and formation enthalpy of the complex were estimated.
