It is found that this kind of disorder strongly affects superconductivity of the system. When the triplet bipolaron concentration is near 1/2, the transition temperature decreased seriously; while when the concentration is small, the normal random site energy can not impede the occurence of superconductivity completely. This results from the tunneling motion of triplet bipolarons. It is therefore expected that superconductivity may appear in some amorphous semiconductors with low bipolaron concentration. %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=6E709DC38FA1D09A4B578DD0906875B5B44D4D294832BB8E&cid=47EA7CFDDEBB28E0&jid=29DF2CB55EF687E7EFA80DFD4B978260&aid=AF51C0C4215B0407CC57A6E4C4F04597&yid=9C2DB0A0D5ABE6F8&vid=933658645952ED9F&iid=B31275AF3241DB2D&sid=6920A1020E13BE87&eid=FE6645F2371CA43C&journal_id=1000-3290&journal_name=物理学报&referenced_num=0&reference_num=0
