%X On the basis of the continuum version of the SSH Hamiltonian, we obtain a set of equations for the electronic wave function, which reduces to the BdG equations in the TLM model with neglect of certain terms. The new set of equations has been solved rigorously and analytically with the solution reducing to SSH's simple kink function in the zeroth approximation.
