庞锦忠 %A 龚昌德 %J 物理学报 %D 1985 %I %X The effect of size and temperature on the quasiparticle density of state in small superconductorsty have been calculated by using the functional integral method. The influence of small particles embeded in oxidic layer of tunnelling junction on the Jose-phson current have also been investigated. An anomaly exhibits in the supercurrent.
